Thank you for shopping with Sri Gurukrupa Silk House. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently offer localized shipping across India. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout:

  • Flat Rate / Location-Based Fees: Shipping charges vary based on your specific location and delivery address within India, which will be calculated dynamically during the checkout process.

  • Delivery Timeline: Orders generally take between 1 to 3 business days to arrive after shipment.

  • High Demand Delays: Please note that delivery timelines may occasionally stretch slightly beyond 3 days during peak holiday seasons, festivals, or periods of exceptionally high demand for specific products.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of dispatch, allowing you to monitor your package's journey.

4. Incorrect Address & Non-Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are completely accurate at checkout. Sri Gurukrupa Silk House is not responsible for non-delivery or shipping delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because the recipient was unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, additional shipping charges will apply to resend the package.

5. Damages during Transit

Sri Gurukrupa Silk House takes utmost care in packaging our sarees and products securely. However, if you receive your order in a damaged condition, please take a photograph/video of the damaged packaging immediately and contact us at team@srigurukrupasilkhouse.in within 24 hours of receipt so we can raise it with our courier partner and resolve the issue for you.
